Karlene Salmon has succeeded her father, Delroye A. Salmon in practice.
Delroye A. Salmon practised law in Manchester for over 40 years before retiring in 2013.
Admitted to practice in 2017, Karlene has followed in her illustrious father’s footsteps specialising, as he did, in Conveyancing and Estate Law.
She graduated from the University of London with a Bachelor of Laws degree with honours and from the Norman Manley Law School where she obtained her Legal Education Certificate.
The 1998 Chevening Flagship Scholar, she also holds a Master of Science Degree from Stirling University, Scotland and a Bachelor’s Degree from Queen’s University in Canada, where she graduated with First Class Honours.
Before entering the legal profession, Karlene spent over 30 years in the broadcast industry, including a decade as Deputy Director of the Broadcasting Commission of Jamaica (BCJ). She is a member of the Jamaican Bar Association.
