These Client Terms & Policies form part of the terms on which Karlene Salmon & Associates provides legal services to you and should be read together with your Retainer Letter. Your Retainer Letter sets out the specific scope of work, professional fees, anticipated disbursements and third-party costs, payment arrangements and any other terms that apply specifically to your matter. These Client Terms & Policies set out the Firm's general policies and expectations that apply throughout our engagement. If there is any difference between these general policies and the specific terms of your Retainer Letter, the terms of your Retainer Letter will apply to the extent of the difference.
